A man has been found dead outside of House of Fraser in Lincoln city centre, police have said.
A cordon was set up outside the store this morning, Monday, July 6 with police and an ambulance crew in attendance.
East Midlands Police have now revealed that the taping off came after a 34-year-old man found to have died outside the shop.
Officers are now investigating the death but confirmed they are not treating it as suspicious.
A force spokesperson said: “We are investigating the sudden death of a man who was found deceased outside the House of Fraser at 9am today.
“Officers and paramedics attended and the man in his 30s was confirmed dead.
“A police cordon was put in place this morning but has since been removed.
