With the new term hopefully starting again in September, parents are getting ahead of the game by buying some back to school essentials which are now in the sale. Many shops and supermarkets have lowered the price of uniforms and parents have been rushing to Asda especially, as prices are low as £1.
One bargain hunter spotted the discount and couldn’t wait to share the news online. Posting pictures of the super low prices to be had from George at Asda, they’re currently selling school uniform from a quid – and it doesn’t get much better than that for parents.
Sharing the image of a discounted pair of trousers to the Facebook group, Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, it’s already had nearly 4,000 likes.
Using the caption: “Asda has kids uniform pieces down to £1”
Over 3,600 people have commented – tagging mums and fellow members of the group, alerting them to the news.
Parents were quick to plan their next trip to the supermarket to make the most of the bargains to be had.

And a fourth added: Needed!”
If you aren’t lucky enough to live near an Asda with a George section – don’t panic as their website has plenty of school uniform styles at low prices.
Slim Fit School Polo Shirts for girls start from £2.50 and there are a variety of colours to choose from too. Plain black trousers for girls start from £5 and Gingham dresses are from as little as £4. So you can avoid the disappointment if your local Asda doesn’t have what you’re looking for.
Along with cheap school uniform, the person who posted also mentioned that “For the big boobed folks of the group, DD+ bras are down to £3!”
Now that’s music to our ears.
If it’s low prices that you’re looking for specifically then they aren’t the only place with sale running right now.
If you’re after some new beauty buys, Boots lower the prices of makeup and designer fragrances – but only whilst stocks last.
