Cleaning guru Mrs Hinch has emotionally revealed she has written a secret memoir that will give fans a never-before-seen glimpse into her life.
The Instagram sensation, whose real name is Sophie Hinchcliffe, 30, has attracted a huge 3.5 million followers over the years thanks to her simple cleaning hacks and glimpses of her immaculate home.
But she is now setting out to explain the person behind her Instagram persona with new memoir This Is Me, her fourth book published by Penguin.
Speaking candidly to the camera on her Instagram story, she said: “I wanted to come on as me and talk to you about something I’ve actually been working on for what feels like forever – all through lockdown and before.
“For two years now I’ve had my Mrs Hinch home account and it’s been the craziest two years of my life.
“I wanted to start off by saying thank you so much for supporting me and loving me, and my family, and just being there every single day. We are so grateful and I just wanted to thank you for that.”
As she fights back the tears, the 30-year-old said her account aims to be as “positive and upbeat as possible”, but in doing so she “doesn’t address the good and bad things out there because sometimes it’s uncomfortable”.
“I feel as though my followers deserve a bit more of what you’re asking for, which for some reason seems to be more about me, Sophie, and the life behind Mrs Hinch.
“I don’t address much on my stories because I don’t want to burden you all with it but it seems like now is the right time and the opportunity to put it all in one place and also the crazy conspiracy theories.
“I have been working on my very own memoir so thank you Penguin for given me the opportunity to be able to put everything in one place. The good, the bad, the amazingness and some of the dark lows that have come with this journey.”
