Adele sent shockwaves around the world earlier this year after taking to Instagram in May to share a couple of snaps from her birthday, showcasing her epic weight loss transformation.
Since then, fans have been desperate to know the secret to her trimmed-down success.
Reports have credited a number of different ways Adele has managed to shed the excess pounds.
As well as splashing out on a personal trainer, The Sun reported Adele is following The Sirtfood Diet, which encourages followers to eat raw plant-based foods.
She is also understood to have fallen in love with reformer pilates and is thought to have been taking classes with Robbie Williams’ wife Ayda Fielding.
While unconfirmed, in total it’s claimed the chart-topper has lost a staggering seven stone.
Determined to do things properly, Adele’s new look wasn’t an overnight transformation and has taken years.
In 2016, the Hello songstress headlined Glastonbury Festival, taking over the iconic Pyramid stage on the Saturday night.
During the set, which is being re-aired on BBC Two as part of the BBC’s Glastonbury 50th anniversary celebrations, Adele can be seen rocking a noticeably slimmer frame – and she’s reportedly lost even more weight since.
Now, her former personal trainer Pete Geracimo has opened up the star’s weight loss journey – insisting she did it for health reasons, rather than to look Instagram-ready.
Taking to his own social media account, he wrote: “As Adele’s former London-based personal trainer, it’s disheartening to read negative commentary and fat-phobic accusations questioning the genuineness of her amazing weight loss.
“In my personal experience of working with her through many highs and lows, she always marched to the beat of her own drum on her own terms.
“She never undermined her God-given talent by reducing herself to expose her flesh or be the over the top sexy vixen to sell albums.
“She let her voice do the talking, or should I say singing!
“She never once pretended to be something that she wasn’t. What you saw, was what you got. And we all LOVED it!”
He added: “When Adele and I started our journey together, it was never about getting super skinny.
“It was about getting her healthy. Especially post pregnancy and post surgery.
“When 25 dropped and the tour announced, we had to get ready for a 13 month gruelling schedule.
“In that time, she warmed to training and made better food choices.
“As a result, she lost considerable weight and people took notice. Her body transformation was splashed across every media outlet.”
It’s been reported that Adele has lost seven stone and told fan Lexi Larson that she’s lost “100 pounds” which has been a “crazy positive experience”.
Lexi claims the Hello singer told her the amount she has lost while she bumped into her during her most recent holiday to Anguilla with Harry Styles and James Corden.
Lexi told People magazine: “She seemed so happy, and she looked amazing. She seemed really confident.”
